Small lean here. UCF offense has to improve. Butch had a great recruiting year but needs another year or two..
Ok St -17.5 over Tulsa ****
Cowboys loaded esp on offense...Rudolph can throw and is looking for the Heisman numbers...he has one of the best WR's in the country...OL is one of the best in the B-12 ...Good running back...defense is average but the offense will outscore the other teams by 3 or 4 td's...Tulsa has new qb and lost 2 top wr's ..canes aren't bad but tonite they are going against a different class of team...Cowboys win by 4 or more td's...

South Dakota St -23.5 over little Dukies from Pittsburg **
Jackrabbits loaded with one of the best qb's in the country in Christian He threw lyr for 3,700 yds and 30 td's..ran for 6...they have 9 1st team all conference players and one of the best Wr's in the FCS...Dukies lost qb and have only 5 returning starters..old qb had 10,000 yds and over 75 td's...that's tough to replace..dukies on the road..think Jackrabbits win big..
