I'm riding the Hawkeyes/Big Ten Train!
FWIW, USC is 2 - 8 ATS vs non-conference competition. The Pac 10 has shown in the bowls the type of competition they provide. Hawkeyes are 9 - 3 as a road dog ATS. I'd consider this a road game.
