Fact #1- Cards Offensive Line Sucks....Period.
Potential Known #1....A big one....They are expecting 3-6 inches of RAIN Thursday Night into Friday Morning from the Tropical Storm( can't pronounce the name) coming up from the Gulf. This potentially could be huge and lead to a low scoring game. I would get the UNDER early with this potential. Even if the weathercasters are off a little....I liked the Under anyway....a heavy lean on the UNDER ***
Fact #2- The field is relatively new and DOES NOT TAKE RAIN WELL....if we get this much rain, this field will fall apart...literally.
Fact #3- Florida State will Blitz the Cards until the cows come home. In fact, I say Ragone does not finish the game. If Ky could blitz the Cards what do you think a team with Fla States caliber will do to the Cards Offensive Line.......hum....it will get Ugly.
Fact #4- Florida State has some of the fastest receivers I have seen. Boldin, Sam and Gardner will eat the DB's alive. Speed, Speed, Speed....kills and look for some easy scores....especially if it rains. This favors good receivers and teams that can give their Qb's time to throw....ie: Florida St
Fact #5- Fla State RB, Jones is good enough to get over 100 yards on the Cards and will.
Potential #2- Cards fans are Fair weather fans and if the rain comes....5,000 or so fans will stay at home.....making this less of a home game. If they know they can watch it on TV....they will. This crowd is not made up of lots of students....in fact, most of the seats are paid for by donors that only show up for the KY game.....how sad????
Rain, Rain, Rain.....will be in Kentucky tomorrow at noon. That means almost 8 hours of steady rain till game begins.
Also....the wind is suppose to be 20-30 mph.
