Charlotte (10-12 SU, 8-12 ATS) has struggled mightily on the road, with a 1-7 SU record to go with a 3-4 spread mark.

--The 49ers are off one of their best outings of the year, drillling Cincinnati by a 74-64 count as 1 1/2-point home underdogs.


--Marquette (18-4 SU, 13-5 ATS) captured a 67-64 win at Charlotte earlier this year as a one-point underdog.

--The Golden Eagles own the sixth best spread record in the nation among 233 board teams.

--Tom Crean's club is 8-3 SU on the road, 6-3 ATS.

--Dwayne Wade has led Marquette to a 13-5 spread record.
