hi guys, glad I stayed off Pitt/Orioles -- turned out to be a great pitching duel (which is rarely good for the "Over")
system 0-1 on Wed, now 3 gms UN .500 YTD, somewhere in the 142-145ish range.

Oviedo only has 20 ip this season, and Povich season era over 5... I hope it gets there early!

Toronto comes into this game at 83-62 (46-25 at home) and currently lead the New York Yankees by 3 games in the AL East! Today, they start RHP Kevin Gausman who has a nice home ERA of 3.84 and is in excellent current form with an ERA of 2.73 his last 5 starts! In his last 2 starts, he is 1-0 giving up only 2 ER's on just 8 hits in 15 IP for an ERA of 1.20. In addition, in his last home start vs Houston, he got the win giving up only 1 ER on 4 hits in 7 IP with 13 strikeouts!

ha! yes yanno, I'd read junior's take, and I knew Gausman has been good lately, and it appears he's doing well again today! by "avg gausman" I was hoping for "don't shut em out" gausman lol, maybe he could give up 2 or 3 and have his team score 5 or 6 kinda thingy.

I am sad to admit I wasn't on the "junior train" when he got hot in july and august, as I try to not spend so much time on here during the summer especially, so I just wasn't really looking to play all that much on a daily basis and just didn't read many threads.
I love the writeups as he gives solid stats/reasons for the selections he makes, a rarity anymore.
I KNOW how time consuming it is to do research like that (much less write it out for people to see on a daily basis, I'm very happy for him to have that huge HOT streak, it makes all that time spent worthwhile!!
balty gm had 4 runs after 2.5 inns and then went pretty silent, ending 3-2... bummer.

I'll post the many 'total systems' plays that are due up for Friday's games.

I'm down 1u now for this week, with fball in full swing now I'm sure there'll be lots of action the next few days!
