Just some general info on first week in college football number crunching!

Teams giving more than 5 touchdowns in their first game, typically which is of the non-conference variety are SU winners 99.4% the last 6 years, however, favorites again of 35 or more points at home, cover the vegas vig at 41%, that means dogs are covering 59% of the time.

Those teams giving at least 5 touches this week include Ohio St and Wisconsin.

I see there are several added games that some off-shore and hard core illegal bookmakers will probably post this week, and I don't touch them to be honest, so good luck on what ya play this week!

Also totals of 44 1/2 points or less last 5 years go over 57% of the time. Totals over 60 points go over 52% of the time!

GL!!

Longhorns also?

Longhorns have a team? Oh yeah!! Yes, they are huge favs vs NM State Aggies at 42, that would be 7 touches!! Axe supposedly hanging over Mack's head, new HC at NM State, Horns 3-2 ATS giving more than 30 pts last 5 years, one at a neutral site.

Horns loaded on offense but said to give lots of players touches throughout the game.

Miami FLO JO as giving 32 up, line has dropped, Al Golden has said to give lots of ground work in and let his QB air out a few, FLO ATL returns 7/8 on each side of the ball, problem is Miami is faster and deeper and can write their own score, but Al won't rub it in or run up the score board, but this year he may to be honest. I love his coaching style and he has three solid recruiting years with talent in Hurricane land. Carl Pelini as a 40+ point dog twice last year covered and is in 2nd year, I see Miami winning by 35, will have to check weather report late Thursday on that tilt.
