Tigers have Verlander going...in the ACL's last yr they couldn't touch him...gave up 2 or 3 hits and K'd almost everyone...in 8 innings...Sabat is going for the Yanks..in their opener after coming off surgery he gave up 8 hits,4 walks ,4 runs in 5 innings...he is still not sharp...esp. in cold or cool weather. In last yrs ACL the Tigers scored 6 runs on him in 3 1/3 innings.Tigers will score on him today and don't think the Yankees will touch Verlander....the yankee lineup is unreal...everyone hurt...Cano is 2-18 and Suzuki 1-14...Nunez their backup SS is out..so that means a 3rd string ss will start today...hate the Tigers bullpen...that is a problem but think Verlander will be up 5 or 6 runs so a few runs giving up by the bullpen shouldn't threaten the runs...
Also playing 2 stupid prop bets..
Cabrera too have more total bases then Cano -120 *
Austin more total bases the Suzuki -110 *
Think Verlander will shut both of them....Suzuki could get a slap opposite the field hit but I''ll take my chances with Austin...
