That was the TIGERS game to win. Verlander was mowing down the Rsox in beast mode. They had Lackey on the ropes in the 1st inning 1st and 3rd and couldn't get a hit. They had Peralta on 2nd bottom 5th NO OUTS. Couldn't bring him in. I blame LEYLAND and no one else. The fucking nicotine addict is SO OLD and stuck in his ways he won't adjust game to game or IN GAME. Jackson is fucking worthless. He rides the pine next game NO MATTER WHAT. Verlander must be so fucking pissed right now.

You can't blame him for the bats going cold. Not at all. What you CAN blame him for, is taking Max Scherzer out when he had only thrown 100 pitches. Managers now days are afraid to let a pitcher finish the game. They would have gone up 2-0 and the Sox would have been emotionally finished. He was pitching effortlessly.
