I recently suffered a fire and lost the entire series of Time-Life Photography books. They were pristine and packed and sealed for storage. They are no longer being printed/sold. I'm trying to come up with a replacement cost for the insurance company and I know I had much more invested than the $75-80/set I'm seeing asked for on e-Bay.
Does anyone happen to remember the price per volume on these? I'm only going to get actual cash value (depreciated value) for them since I don't intend to replace them, so I'd really like them to start the depreciation on what I actually spent for them. I'm thinking they were about $19.00 each but my memory sucks. Can anyone help me out?
