TITANS/PATRIOTS Over 34.5 - Yes, I am very well aware that these are two of the best defenses in the AFC. However, when these clubs met in the regular season, the result was a 38-30 Patriots shootout victory. While New England has yet to duplicate that point output at home since that game, they did look better at home offensively in their last 2 games, putting up 27 and 31 points respectively. Given that Tennessee has been able to move the ball on everyone this season, the Pats will have to be at the top of their game offensively to emerge triumphant in this contest. Tennessee has averaged a potent 26.2 points per game on the road, scoring at least 27 points in 6 of their 8 regular season road contests. They actually had more success vs. a stiff Baltimore defense last week than many people expected, and the fact that they already put up 30 points vs. this New England contingent is a psychological plus. While I do not expect a carbon copy of the first meeting, I do expect both offenses to have enough success to go Over this modest Total.
