I think Bronson Arroyo is trash. Capable of giving up 1/2 this total in the top of the 1st inning. I also have very little respect for Brad Penny. Both of these guys issue some walks and give up the long ball. Both of these offenses - in a very hitter friendly park - are capable of putting up lots of runs.

I like early season SP matchups. Brian Matusz is gonna be a stud. Bad for him to be pitching in the AL East but that's just life kiddo. Fortunately the Rays are not very good. Nieman had a good record last year but he is nothing special.

That's all I really see on the card today that looks promising. May put together a Parlay for Peanuts when the RLs come out. Gonna wait and see if these lines move at all in the next hour or so before playing them.

Taking a long hard look at this Pittsburgh game. The way they have come out of the gates swinging good, you just can't bet against hot bats. Billingsley is fairly over-rated IMO. Maholm is nothing special either, but Hot bats vs. Cold bats + LA playing in shit weather on the east coast... Just see a lot more value in taking +152 than -162. May pull the trigger shortly.

Also looking at Detroit. Dontrelle had a decent spring. Can he finally be "Back"??? I doubt it, but that Detroit lineup is good.

Will definitely be getting on Slowey and the Twins tonight. Just not sure how big of a play it's gonna be. Slowey - like Fausto Carmona - had a fantastic Spring. Was 99% sure I had taken Indians straight last night, but came to find out I was wrong after celebrating a Win. FML

At least the Orioles covered that game. Matusz is gonna be pretty special this year when he's not pitching vs. the yankees or Redsox.
