This is one of those hold your nose games. KC coming off back-to-back home losses (Colts/Texans). Denver shot out a very poor Tennessee team and forced a QB change last week. The previous week was more telling when at LAC they held Rivers to 200 yards passing and 2 picks. Also held Gordon to 30 yards rushing on 13 carries, and did not yield an offensive touchdown, or a score of any kind in the 1st half. Lindsay ran wild for 115 yards, and Freeman rushed for another 60. Holding chargers/Rivers virtually off the board is impressive. Can Kansas City really drop 3 straight? I say close to 70% on the Chiefs, and that number steadily trended down. New England exposed the Chiefs run defense in last seasons conference final, Colts proved they were even softer as Mack ran all over them in week 5. A very average Carlos Hyde ran all over them on Sunday. More the same from Lindsay/Freeman. Rivers did complete 15 check down passes to Ekeler against Denver for 86 yards, I'm sure they won't keep KC offense off the board, but ball control grind from Denver will try to keep them off the field.
