To win BCS

Anyone else see value here:

Ohio State +1100
LSU +1500
West Virginia +1600


West Virginia is +125 to win the Big East, but you get +1600 to win the BCS? Seems pretty decent upgrade for the national title.

Thoughts?

I like the value on Ohio State. This will be a better team than the past two years, and you're basically betting on them to win at USC and at Wisconsin to have a +1100 shot on a team in the title game.

I also agree that the WVA line is very good value. I'm not sure if they are a top 5 team, talent-wise, but they should def. win the Big East, there is just not a lot of landmines on their schedule other than home game against Auburn. At East Carolina could actually end up being their toughest conference game.

as much as i cant stand them, ohio state at +1100 is a great deal, they currently are +500 in vegas with ou-uga-fla (sc is +350)

ohio state can lose at sc and still make the bcs title game as their schedule is a cakewalk and they'll win 9 straight after a loss to sc putting them on the upswing.

now, can they win the title game vs ou-sc-uga-fla??? not sure, but i can guarantee they wont be a +1100 dog in that game

I just noticed that the same book has Ohio State at +1000 to win 12 regular season games. So you take +100 off so they don't have to win the actual championship game.

You'll know pretty early in the season whether this ticket is ready to cash with a slightly possible loss to Wisky to worry about.

IIIFFF they get past USC, you could sell this ticket to a buddy for more...
