On October 7, 1916, Georgia Tech achieved the most lopsided victory in football history, and gave it a place in the Guinness Book of Records, defeating Cumberland College by a whopping 222-0. It was a game that registered no first downs: Cumberland never made one, and Tech scored on every possession.
