Crapped the bed again last night with Tech. I know texas is solid at home but 14-21 3 point shooting at home should be lights out, so Tech must have played a pretty good game to stay within 7. Tonights a different story, I have been burned by Providence a few times this year, but since the beginning of the year i have known this team can shine when it puts its best game out. Gomes is a lottery pick IMO, and McGrath can develop into a pretty solid player I believe. This kid averaged somewhere around 37 pts/game in high school, so you know he can get to the basket. GMAN2 pretty much has this game covered, I agree with him that if Boston College had dropped a few of those close ones and Providence didnt blow a couple of those wins, this game would be Providence -5.6. Lets hope this doesnt turn out into another Providence/Texas affair last year when Texas won it in the last few seconds (if memory serves me right). Lets see how this one flies, my biggest bet in NCAA hoops to date.
