I was on the phone with my Dad about five minutes before it hit and they were saying on the tv that it was sighted at Patrick AFB and heading north. He went out on his balcony, heard the roar, saw all the debris flying and decided to get my Mom and take cover in the closet. He said it was over almost immediately. He's joking about it but I could tell he was shaken by the whole thing!
