CHICAGO -8.5
Have the Bulls turned the corner? Not as a contender, but as a team going from very bad to respectable at home. I'm a bit biased, since I see all their games but I do see some progress here. True, they haven't learned to win on road (1-12 SU) but the recent home stand has been a solid 4-1 SU and ATS and you have to walk before you run and they at least are playing with some confidence right now.
Toronto is not only coming off a road game last night in Milwaukee, but an overtime game in which they won. I don't have a problem taking a team in the 2nd of a back to back IF the first game was a stressless blowout win or loss. That clearly wasn't the case.
