also referred to as the maple losers, make be-leafers,etc...are NOT making the playoffs people. They have a bunch of nobodys. On their way to the golf course they can take the Rangers along with them, another bunch of perennial losers. Who is Toronto management fooling here. They trade for no one at deadline and expect to do what exactly? Every year it's the same old story...falling short or barely making it in, just to lose in the 1st round. You can't blame ownership because if i owned a restaurant and served feces every night to a packed house, i would keep on serving it up. This will NEVER change because behind the 20,000 season ticket holders is another 45,000,000 loser leaf fans that want to get their face buried in the same shit. What shame :s2: By the way, i'm not bitter by their loss as i have Wash +1 1/2 in a parlay, just an observation from a hockey fan. cK

I'll keep an eye on this post and get back to ya once the playoffs start :SIB

We shall see if the "golf course" comment you made is correct.

and by the way......everybody knows that only 20% of the ACC is made up of "real fans"...the ACC is made up of corporations, no real fans can even get to the game :nono:

Also...when you ran your restaurant, did you have a salary cap and a techers union to deal with?

Just curious

Dude, I'm 37 years old and I've been cheering for this sad-sack bunch of losers my whole life without 1 ****ing Stanley Cup to show for it!!! I hear ya - it will never change until there are empty seats in the building and we both know that ain't gonna happen as long as all the Bay Street bankers keep buying up ALL the tickets so they can wine-and dine their clients on Sushi while they discuss their next deal and don't even cheer. Same story for the Rangers in New York, but not quite as bad. I've pretty much given up on the Leafs too. I don't really have a favorite team anymore but I like Buffalo alot and I'm liking Pittsburgh more and more. FUK THE LEAFS!!!

Thrash just gave me more ammunition for the weekend. I just put in a SMALL play on the SHARKS (OVER 5 1/2 -1**). Jackets score goals against these west coast teams (look it up) and Sharks are grooving...play the over. Kickserv with all due respect, the leafs have more fawkin cash than the whole NHL. And i mean that...the WHOLE NHL! look at the product they put on the ice. What about the last 2,000 years that there was no cap, what was the excuse then? I can't think of a team that has such a large fan base that SUCKS so bad. Manchester united wins. Montreal Canadiens win. Dallas cowboys win. NY Yankees win. Tiger woods wins. Juventus wins (ok so they fix games, who cares?) All these teams with large fanbases give their loyal customers a winning product. The Leafs...40 years of garbage. Sorry, you have no leg to stand on and they will NEVER WIN!! once again....:s1: TML

Serve, FYI Leaf owner was seen giving Fraser envelope at end of game. You see, if the Leafs had won the cup that year, they would have to give their players A RAISE!!!!:scared :mj07: By the way, great night;)
