Actually I'm thinking about the Buckeye over. They are long overdue for a dominating performance. Wells should be back and the Gophers can lay down and play dead with the best of them. I can fathom a 42-14 type affair.

I like all of the totals except Oregon! You must be anticipating a Duck blowout in this one since both teams will be down to their 3rd team QB's. Is this your reasoning for the over?

MC--a little-but see a big ground game out of this game and really like about 3 def TD's. 1st time thru I put this game in the maybe column-liked it the more I looked at it. Not my biggest play but a play more on gut than anything else.! GL

Hawk, that NIU line got hammered down 4 points to 53 today. Also as far as the other games you asked me about I'm not playing any of them. FIU and Wyoming have no offense but FIU might put up a few on Toledo though. Always like Ball State overs, but the number is just too big for me.

Probably going to play Akron/ Cinci over and may play W Mich/Temple over. Waiting on weather and a few other things.

Try playing a Ball State team total. That way you don't have to rely on the opponent doing their part. It was 29 last week against Indiana. "Can I have Ball State over 29 for the maximum please?"

Looking to pull the trigger on the over 42 in the Iowa/Northwestern game, Hawkeye. More a gut feeling than anything my 'capping is showing me--NW with a solid running game and the best O line that Iowa will have seen this season to date--the 'Cats establish the run and that opens up the passing game--don't expect to see the NW QB throw as many INTs this week as last due to the sore hand he played with---
Iowa is allegedly going to stick with Stanzi the whole game--he is 1000X better than Christensen--Shon Greene should have another good day on the ground, thus opening up the passing game for the Hawkeyes...can see this one as a 24-21 game either way. Thoughts on my thoughts? Any chance you will be back for a game this season? And you wouldn't happen to have any tix for the Wisky game would you? :D

Red--I looked at ths game hard--if Pitt and Iowa can score 41 I know Iowa/Nw can--NW off is harder to defend than Pitts. I lile the over but layiing off it-games I like better. I sent you a letter with my tixs to the two games I can not make--Penn St is the last one. Do what you can with them--won't get back until this summer. GL--someday it will happen

Looking forward to that day, Hawkeye. Penn State should be easy enough to unload; I'll 1st ask around and see if anyone I know is interested in it....Think I'll take a stab at the Iowa over per your reply...and I'm playing all your totals as well....Next week an away game that I'm not going to...maybe I'll even post a play or two...:mj07:
