I haven't done the Tough Mudder yet. I did do the Warrior Dash this Summer but that isn't even in the same league as the Mudder.

Guys from work are getting a team together for the Mudder next year. How does that work?

I've done Spartan, Warrior Dash and Gladiator. I want no part of Tough Mudder. Spartan was a bitch and plenty for me.

I thought I did well. There were a couple of obstacles that I didn't do, one was crawling on the mud with the live wires and the other was jumping off the 15 foot platform which wouldn't be so bad, but brought back memories when I was young and dumb jumping off a 60 foot platform into the river. It was a very fun experience and the comaraderie of the participants were fantastic. The event was held in Patterson CA in 92 degrees, so the ICE obstacle was a welcome site. It was great experience and I think you will have a great time. The motivational speech before the event will have you running through the walls........lol. Can I have a Hoorah!

HOORAH! :0074
I am worried about the one obstacle that is the big ramp you have to run up and scale. So if you get to an obstacle and can't do it they let you "go around"?I was curious about that because then you would be there all day. My team has joined with another Madjackers team- Billy in 4C. I'm getting excited even though it's months away yet. :0074

The big ramp(Everest obstacle)

There will be numerous mudders hanging from the top of Everest to grab you and pull you up. Run fast and leap upwards, you will do fine with all the adrenaline. No shame if you can't do it, just walk around it.
