I disagree. I've used them almost since their inception. It's a bit complicated to figure out at first but once you get it you CAN get better odds than a traditional book.
They are not a book but what they do is match bettors up. You buy and sell contracts (like shares)with other bettors. You can buy and sell all throughout a game. Selling contracts is like making book.
The best thing is that they don't make their money on if a team wins or loses, their money is made on the number of contracts that are traded. I suggest you read their faqs and go through their tutorials.
