hey ray, just a heads up on the mets game. hp ump will be bucknor, 44-21-7, 67.7% over; 1.80 k/bb ratio; 10.6 rpg over the last three seasons. g/l with your plays..
The average Al Leiter start is going UNDER the total by 5 runs. D-Backs are still missing top RBI man Richie Sexson. Last night they clubbed the piece of driftwood known as James Baldwin, a righthander who crawled out from under a rock to start for New York. But against lefty Leiter, left-handed D-Backs batters Finley and Gonzalez -- who combined for five hits in the middle of the order last night -- won't have it so easy.

i hear ya ray, as good as anything else i see, but i just don't play against the stronger ump stats. they have a way of altering the expected course of a game. fwiw, leiter 5.23 career era vs arizona. g/l tonight.

I was thinking that under after I read this stuff indicating we might get better than usual start out of Dessens:
from official site: Struggling starter Elmer Dessens could be pitching to stay in the starting rotation Tuesday night as he takes the ball against the Mets at Bank One Ballpark.

same as last night,,, It is very windy here in the valley of the sun.. from what i saw there was numerous runs scored due to the wind last night and it could very well be the same story tonight!!
