It's true that Edinson Volquez has been effective
for the Padres in 2012, but we'll stick with the
sizzling hot Giants in tonight's game. They beat
up on this team in last night's opener, raising
their record in head to head play to 5-2 (+$285).
Madison Bumgarner has been sensational in 2012,
particularly here at ATT Park (1.81 in eight starts),
and the Padres are hopeless vs. lefties (only 12-23,
-$1030 with 3.6 runs per game). SF is profitable in
this ballpark (+$1070) so even though the price is
steep, we'll go with the home team.
