Buerle has been historically awful against the Yankees. They are a veteran club and aren't bothered by his pace. They step out, scratch their asses, make him wait a bit. He massages the strike zone and they just wait him out. He is much better against younger and more energetic clubs who lack the patience of the Yankers.

On the other hand, this is not the same old Yankees, and it is the Jays who look a bit more like Murders Row at times. Also, they showed last night that they can hit even when they are not hitting home runs, and be sneaky. Even EE is starting to go the other way on the shift.
