Finally!
A big play totally blown out of the water instead of getting burned by bullpens or managers or otherwise losing a tight one.
Variety is the spice of life.
Scherzer looked so-so. Relied on the fastball too much, and the Phils weren't fooled second time through the order. Might be some value on him in the future but the D'Backs have certainly got the attention of the linesmakers.
Actually survived the day. Now 813-1 on non-posted plays. Alright...exaggerating a little.

--Carlos is smokin'. Harang's been very good at home but I think that the Cubs can hit him, like they did back on April 15th. Hopefully Aramis is back in the lineup. Don't touch this one as my big posts are flopping around like a fish out of water on Venus.
--Robertson has been unimpressive but I think the Tigers are due to put up some numbers and Wakefield should accomodate.
--Bannister's been dynamite at home. Can the Royals score? Adenhart a joke in his debut but rock-solid down on the farm. Under might be better.
--Young has been solid and Jurrjens remains (somewhat) disrespected by the books. Still is a pitcher's park so the 9 seems worthwhile.
Not too intensive in the write-ups but I have an intoxication to take care of.
Like Sanchez but Pirates have been hitting lately, especially lefties.
Suppan-Olsen an over-lean.
Phillies-D'Backs as well (Unit should, maybe, retire). ((sure to toss a gem, now)).
Lean Dodgers.
Lean Yanks and over 8.5.
Lean Jays but don't want to take out a mortgage.
Lean Chisox but Twins the better hitting club lately (how 'bout that Jays pitching staff?)
Lean A's and M's but I suppose that fave-leans are meaningless.
It's a monumental big-screen kiss
It's so deep it's meaningless.
--Tragically Hip, So Hard Done By
Should try the system tomorrow, but
still haven't assessed bullpens yet.
Enough about me, how's that rash healing?
