Zach Day pitched 7 solid innings with no runs for Montreal in his last outing.

Matt Clement lasted just 3 innings against the Mets posting an ERA of 9.0.

Of course Day's outing was against the Braves....so this could be a reach.

Be careful in judging Clement's last outing his lower back was hurting him that's why he only lasted 3 innings. I don't know if it's better, but Clement is a better pitcher than what he did in his last outing.
