A couple for Tuesday night:
TORONTO BLUE JAYS (-201) Halladay needs to turn things around a bit after a couple of sub par outings, and he should be able to get it done against the Royals. Also, Jays have been streaky, and here's hoping they're putting another one together.
PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES (-105) Padilla should continue to improve with the work.
