so wvu has played one offense ranked in the top 64 all year. the other 10 opponents are in the bottom 56. they have played a lot of bad offensive teams. nc st has only been held under 27 once all year.
another factor is we have tom o'brien, one of the better bowl coaches in the country (his teams have covered 7 of their last 8 bowl games) getting points from bill stewart. stewart may be a very nice guy, but he's not a good head coach. my only concern is that wvu will be fired up to give him a win in his last game.
