Passing on Hawaii game, much better games to play tomorrow.
I would take Hawaii if I had to pick. Line makes no sense, begging for N Iowa $, 75% on N Iowa yet line had gone from Hawaii -1 to -4, now at -3,5.
N Iowa has definitely played the better competition to start the season, and beat some really good teams.
Generally my rule of thumb is not to bet against the island. Hawaii is a tough place for any team to play with travel and time difference, plus N Iowa coming off a BIG win against Iowa State, spell Hawaii "W". If the line were still at 1 or affordable to buy down to 1, I'd give it a go, but -3.5 or higher isn't attractive enough.
