1-0 yesterday for a +1.10 profit as we hit a very small dog. Mets game got rained out. Let's move on.
LA +115 over Arizona Pinnacle
We had them yesterday at +110 which they won easily and again I can't see why they aren't favored. Ishii has a better record and the better ERA than Anderson does. In more innings pitched Ishii has given up less earned runs, less homeruns and 32 less hits. Again, in slightly more innings pitched. I can hear some pinhead say Uh well yeah Irish but pitching isn't the whole thing you know, maybe the linemakers are looking at the team overall and how they are playing. Okay let's do that. In their last 10 games the Dodgers have gone 7-3, including a 19-4 ass whipping last night on this same Arizona team. They have won 5 of their last 6 overall and have now beaten the D-Backs 3 straight times. Meanwhile the D-Backs have only gone 4-6. In those 10 games the staff ERA has been substantially lower for the Dodgers than Arizona, 2.84 to 4.95, more than 2 full runs lower!!! Hitting wise they have been batting over 60 points higher, .198 to .261, and since both are lefties I hate to tell you what they have been doing against lefthanders! Uh yeah Irish, sure thing, but I bet the D-Backs hit lefthanders better or something like that you aren't looking at. Sit down pinhead and shut up. While Arizona has been struggling mightily against southpaws at a miserable .171 BA, the Dodgers have just been destroying them. Everyone knows the Dodgers love lefties, even a pinhead should know that!! LA is hitting .312 in their last 10 but they also hit .310 on the road against them and still over .300 for the year against them. Bottom line is they hit lefthanders everywhere. Put one underwater and these guys will hit him. Uh well yeah that sounds good but I bet Anderson probably does well against the Dodgers, ever think of that toughguy? Well let me look. Nope. While it has limited statistical value since there hasn't been many career starts, Anderson is only 4-6 against the Dodgers but Ishii is 2-0 against Arizona and has a 1.32 ERA!!! It all points one way gentlemen. I loved the Dodgers last night and I love them tonight. If I get beat I get beat.
Every pinhead has his day. 'Nuff said.
