Jays got a big scare vs ORU the other nite...they are 10-0...they avg 90 pts a game which is 8th best...FG% and a few other stats are tops...they have Watson who probably is the best pt gd in the country..think he is going for his 3rd or 4th game with double digit assists tonite...Foster his partner is the best player and scorer on the team...Thomas the other gd can score..Patton Hanson and Huff are tough in the paint...this game is on national TV....they are so hard to defend...and Zona St D is terrible ..giving up 82 pts a game...watched them the other nite when Hurley got thrown out....the Devils have talent and Hurley is a good coach but think the home crowd is negated when you have a waterbug like Watson fast breaking...game looks like a trap play but I'm biting and not scared..think Blur wins by double digits...
Monmouth -5 over Princeton *****
Hawks have really not been playing well...but kinda woke up after being down big vs Memphis and beat them...like Creighton they have a super pt gd in Robinson...Hornbeak the transfer from OU has really stepped up his game from last yr...Seaborn is a top gd in the MAAC and the big kid Brady is playing good.. Tigers have the 3 c's in Cook,Cannady and Caruso...they run the motion offense but the hawks are quick on defense...Hawks lost to SCarolina by 1 in OT...think this is a close game and then Justin takes over...
Marist +4.5 over Delaware **
Small play....Foxes are the worst rebounding team in the country,one of the worst 3 pt %,and give up up 80 pts a game ranking 310th...also one of the worst giving up offensive rebounds...and Parker their 6'2 soph gd is their leading rebounder...pretty pathetic..they do have Hart who is probably the 2nd or 3rd best player in the MAAC...no front line at all.....Hens top 3 scorers are all gds...they do have 3 6'7.6'7 and 6'9 inside players...but hens can't score either or shoot 3's...they can rebound and are ranked 38th...last yr Del beat Marist 70-69... Hart had 31 pts in that game...and Del owned the paint out rebounding the Foxes 44-22 and still only won by 1..so with Parker,Hart and Funk who has come out of nowhere just maybe they keep this close like last yr...
