Tech at home beat North Car,Fl St and Notre Dame....only because they are home today..on a neutral court Indy is better...not sure of the mental state of these teams...are they happy to be playing or can't wait for the season to be over...as least Tech players are in their dorms walking over to the gym...Indy had to book a flight...
Miss +1 over Monmouth **
Spent way more time then I should on this game but it intrigued me esp. with a MAAC team playing...Miss has 3 decent gds in Burnett,Davis and Neal.they have a 6'9 kid Saiz who avg 15 pts and 11 bds...he avgs a double-double..they have 2 fds both 6'7 that avg 6 pts and 5 bds with 35 and 36 blocked shots..Saiz has 35..Hawks don't get many shots blocked shots in the MAAC....Rebel players are big kids..their gds are 6'4 and 6'5...there are many fds in the MAAC that is that size...rebounding edge goes to them...miss on the rd isn't to good...but they just lost to Ark by 1 so just missed the big dance..Monmouth for the 2nd yr won the conference and got knocked out again...they are 13-1 at home and have Robinson at the pt..but they lost there 2nd best scorer Seaborn before the Iona game...big loss...Hawks can score avg 81 pts a game..defense gives up 73 pts...monmouth has played some tough teams losing to NC by 30,Cuse and South Carolina in OT..they just lost to Siena and Peter 2 weeks ago just beat them...not sure where the Rebels heads at..that is why these games are tough....Miss has more size and are more athletic and has played a much tougher schedule..but that means nothing if their heads are still in Oxford..

another tough game...Illi has no coach but 2nd in command wants this real bad...but what about the players..Valpo's season went south when they lost their super star..
