3X-- MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES/MINNESOTA T-WOLVES over 192-
These two teams match-up for the second time this season. Their last meeting was a 99-95 victory for the T-wolves in the Grizzlies Coach Hubie Brown's debut this past Friday. I expect to see much the same tonight with even more points put up by both teams. Minnesota has hit a soft part in this year already. They have dropped the last four out of five games and feel a sense of urgency to right the ship now. Expect to see Garnett and Co. come right out and attack a Grizzly team that is not known for much D. The Grizzilies allow a league worst 104.2 points per game. Giving up that many points, the Griz have no other choice than to shoot and run to catch-up. We should see a 107-94 type game.
2X-- NEW ORLEANS HORNETS -3
The Sixers return to the road where they have not had much success this season. They are 1-3 thus far and their first win came in their last road outing. On the other hand, their hosts tonight are perfect at home. The Hornets have begun the season running off six straight victories in their new house. New Orleans is always a difficult place to travel for any team. There are tons of distractions and sights to behold. Expect the Hornets to bounce back big from their poor performance against Atlanta and send the Sixers on their way with another road loss. Hornets win.
