ncaav52-42
nba 13-11
first-half 9-13
2nd half 22-13
overall 65-53
so i have put together 3 winning weeks in a row, the past 2 weeks i pretty much broke even most of the days, few small winning days, few small losers, and each week had one big day..7-0--and 9-1 --so that has been the diffenerence--wanted to cut down my plays, however, so many games during championship week, and i watched 14 hrs a day, so had some opinions throughout the process...i have learned alot about many basketball teams and eager to go forward in the tournament...
so i am sticking with the big ten.
Dayton at iowa----well this is a interesting match-up as dayton has beat a down wake forest team early in the year, alabama(quality win), minnesota(early in year)--umass, a good temple team..so def have some good wins on their slate, but they lost a key player middle of year, and do not think they are the same team since--dayton 20-12 with a dismal 3-7 road record as iowa has been playing very good basketball especially at home17-16 with 11-6 home record--where they beat michigan, wisconsin, and indiana---iowa has alot of guys that can knock down the 3--and they do that at home--i know dayton is solid capable team, but feel iowa has more talent--and they want to be here, have some freshman---that play and will be interested in extending the season---and a few seniors that do not want to end the season----give me the better and motivated iowa hawkeyes -4
northwestern first half-3.5--------well there are 2 ways a team can respond to not getting into the tournament, pack it in or bring their best effort tonight.. Northwestern has been quoted as been saying they want to win the nit, and they want to do it for their coach and seniors.. So i feel the focus will be their ealry, akron suffering tough championship loss, going to have to go on road, (where they are 8-7 on road)..not bad...but i feel they will start off slow--akron has beat detroit ealry in the year, ohio, kent---so this team is def capable--but feel nortwestern at home, with a pretty good basketball team imo..can win by 2 baskets in first half--
recap--2plays---iowa -4
northwestern first half3.5
leans---byu-----everyone on iona--i dont know anything bout them so prolly a no play--but byu's big guy is a load to guard and i see him having a huge game, byu plays hard---cant see them not advancing but again dont know bout iona.
oregon is also a lean---playing good hoops, but not sure i trust their motivation..they do have a good coach so sure they will be ready, need to look around more bout them
