BYU -3 over Miss ******
Love BYU tonite...team has won 8 of 9..only Zaga got in there way....they have one of the best backcourts in the country with Haws and Collinsworth...good front court with a few bigs that rebound...they avg almost 80 pts a game...defense is improving but not a strength...Winder might be out which hurts down the line..not tonite.. Miss hit a brick wall recently losing almost all their last 4 or 5 games...they have a super pt gd Moody that can score but don't think they can play catch up vs this offensive team. Both teams don't miss FT's..BYU wins by 8-10 pts..
Manhattan -9 over Hampton **
Jaspers have won only 8 or 9 games all season over 9 pts..they don't blow people away...but their last 3 have been in double figures...Jaspers have been hot...think everyone forgot they started the season losing 7 of their 1st 9 games..Masiello is a jerk..everyone knows that...showboats all over the floor...screams,yells,etc...does a good job though teaching fundamentals and better in making adjustments..Andujar is tough...Pankey at 6'11 can be soft at times..Masiello made so much noise in the media about being a 16th this week...but that is for all show...he has something to prove and would love to blow Hampton back to Virginia...9 is a lot of points and don't know to much about Hampton...for Masiello to lose or win a close game vs hampton would keep his mouth shut somewhat..think Jaspers go all out with there tough defense...also top scorer for Hampton Miekle is questionable tonight.
Rider +5.5 over Loy Chi **
Since lopez went down the big 3 Okereafor,Taylor and Sadler have stepped up their game..Loy shoots 62% and avg just 28 bds a game..ranking in the mid 300's in both..
Iona +7 over URI *
Iona is so hot and cold..getting beat by Manhattan has to be a downer so just maybe they aren't to happy at the junior prom...URI has solid ball players in Martin and Mathews..tougher schedule day in and out...But if English is hitting from the 3 this game could be close..small play because my ats record taking Iona is so bad..
