Purcey will be in the Jays rotation next season, taking the place of (hopefully) Litsch or maybe even (gasp!) Burnett. Twins ain't so hot vs lefties and Perkins is overrated.

Nothing much to add, presently.

Why did I just light another smoke with one going?
You might want to fade some of the above.
Don't ask me which ones.

Not playing these (maybe) but I like the following:

phillies ov4.5 -106
--Lannan a bit on the cold side and the phils just thrashed him back on July 31st, in Washingstone

mets ov4 -114
--mets, who prefer a lefty, hit .375 off him in an '08 encounter. ballpark is totally a hitter's and with 27 outs these mothers should top this figure. Beltran should play (Q, I believe). club should want to support highly-rated prospect Niese. (want does not always equal get, mind you).

chisox ov4.5 -108
--Carmona with major control problems this year. he threw a solid game vs, back on April 2nd, but that is an eternity (and a DL stint) ago and Pale Hose hit him well previously. major hitter's park.

Tigers ov4 -123
--Saunders 2nd asshole is a result of a May 28th encounter in LA (i.e lunchmeat). Tigers prefer lefties and love hitting at home, though the mighty Royals kept them tame for a couple of games. Saunders just allowed 6 to Twins then 6 to (OMG!) A's, both at home. Tigers just scored 9 on Monday at home and I'd be floored if they can't reach AT LEAST a 4-spot here.

yankees ov4 +102
--Garza controlled the yanks in an earlier meeting, and has great numbers at home, but current yanks lineup is just stacked as evidenced by their early dismissal of Verlander yesterday...13 in that one and they won't score AT LEAST 4 here?!...lmao

Not a team total but I also think that Rangers Ballpark total of 12 is a bit high...Feierabend's looked decent and has some potential, meanwhile McCarthy has looked good in his first two opportunities to retain a job in the major leagues.

Just my opinions.
