Yesterday: 1-2-1; winning with Georgia Southern, losing with Syracuse, Air Force and pushing with Missouri (after covering for 39.5 minutes of the game)

Season: 33-34-1

Tonight's plays:

St. Pete -3.5 vs. Siena. Wan't it just two weeks ago that the Peacocks won the money three times in seven days? Those were good times. Before that, they won at Siena by 15. After getting back-doored Saturday against Loyola Maryland, the Peacocks will pull away late and close the deal tonight.

UK +4.5 at Florida: Kentucky has been such a time-tested, solid investment on the road, they're too attractive to pass up as an underdog. Florida doesn't impress me as a big game program.

I passed on these:
GT-FSU: Want to take FSU, but they basically spend the whole game playing from behind and somehow win in the end (UNC, WAKE). Good magic, shaky investment.
Illini-IU- IU is my alma mater, I love them tonight, but my rule is not to bet on them. It was tempting last week against Purdue, but I'd like to think not playing them helped our Karma out last week.
SWMS-SIU: The Salukis appear on the board tonight cheaper than expected, but I think there is a look-ahead factor with Creighton on deck for Saturday. That combined with a series history tilting towards SWMS, especially of late in Carbondale, screams trap upon a second look.
