Chenker, do you know (or anyone else) where I could find current contract status on NHL players?? Like length of contract, amounts, etc. I have looked everywhere and can't find anything. IE, if you are out there, do you know where I can get this info???

Some tough ones, but I like some home teams in CAR, STL and OTT. STL is expensive, but EDM played last night and STL at home has been great. OTT at home I like, but PHI is on fire and I was very impressed with how they came back in the 3rd in MTL last night. CAR should be in a good position, but they have been just awful lately and giving up tons of goals. The over in that one might be an option too. Going to look more closely later in the day.

Ottawa owns Phila over last 10- 6-1-3..... Also Phila's 3rd in 4 nights and back to back- Ott 12-3-1 (something like that at least) last 16 at home......

I have decided no totals today.....
I am most likely playing Ottawa and Colorado.
I also like NJ and STl but I do not like the prices.
I will either play the lanche and ottawa to win 4 units each or play all four of these picks to win 2 units each- will post final decision by 3:00 PST but most likely will just play Ottawa and Colorado.

I decided to pass on that PHI/OTT game completely. I do think after the big comeback win in MTL last night this a perfect spot for PHI to let down and for their streak to end.
OTT plays a much more defensive game at home based on
the ones I have watched, and their home GF/GA stats bear that out. Although PHI is hot they have to he tired after the comeback last night in MTL, and have played 3 in 4 nights with the
game tonight. Chechmanek plays tonight so that could
help the under. Chara is out for OTT which hurts them defensively. There were just too many issues going on for get an idea on the total in this one, but I would still lean towards OTT if
I had to, but not confident enough to bet it. I also like STL at home, but the I am taking today is
CAR -.5 (-130)
I really like them to win tonight at home and the price is reasonable. They have struggled recently but against some of the best teams in the East. They are trying to avoid a 4 game home losing streak, and WASH has gained a bunch of ground on CAR in the last week. They need to keep pace and I think they have a very good effort tonight vs. MIN. I say this partly based on the coaches comments following a 7-1 shelling at VAN on Saturday....
"We did not play well at all, and we couldn't get
where we wanted to," coach Paul Maurice said. "I've
got a few thoughts, but I'll be keeping those to
myself and be working on those in the next couple of
days."
MIN on the road is 6-12-2 ATS, giving up over 3 goals
per game and scoring only 2.2
Just hope we get some good goaltending from the CAR
side. If so this should be an easy win. Would lean towards the over in this too, but MIN has burned me on totals more times than I want to remember this year.

well after a lot of thought came up with 2 solid ones.
Colorado - 1/2 -120 480/400- great home team, great goalie = win for the Lanche- should be a great game, helps having Foote back tonight.
Carolina - 1/2 -130- 390/300 this game falls into my trend of a playoff caliber team bouncing back after a tough loss to an inferior opponent- not to mention at home against a weak opponent-

btw- I just got myself update to date on my units for the year and due to poor $$ management at times I am currently sitting about even- down $100 (1 unit) to be exact.
