Good luck today, thunder.

Your avatar reminds me of a popular bumper sticker in LA back when Gretzky was still a King.........

"Jesus Saves! Gretzky gets the rebound, he shoots, he SCORES!!" :D:p

That originated before Wayne ever played in the NHL, It was in Toronto in the 1970's "Jesus saves and Sittler scores on the rebound"

That bumper sticker had a special meaning to the die-hard Kings fans because "he shoots, he scores!" is what their long time broadcaster Bob Miller (my 2nd favorite behind Thorne) says whenever a goal is scored, that's all.:)

Love Bob Miller, too, but I can't stand Gary Thorne. I want to turn the game off whenever he is announcing. I don't know what it is about him, but he just gets under my skin.

Sorry, Thunder, your baseball thread has suddenly turned into a hockey discussion.:p Couldn't help it.:D

My wife can't stand Thorney, either. She says he's got a whiney nasaly voice:D . I love his enthusiasm, though, he just sounds like a fan rather than just a broadcaster. But we both agree that you can't watch a Kings game without listening to Bob Miller. I can't wait for the next game.
