Phillies +165 agree with several people that there is value with philly at home and mussina not pitching as well.
Flordia -170 Burnett has been solid at home this year 3-1 (team 4-1) with a 2.23 era
Detroit -110 Weaver is a good pitcher against a bad team at home with a pitcher that is 1-9 in home starts.
Toronto +135 Carpenter has pitched excellent on the road with a 6-0 record (team is 9-0) going with the streak and a solid dog.
