I've got Tulsa -1- preceding Floida at the end of a very large 6 team parlay card and it worries me that you may well be correct.The national line has moved 5 points toward Tulsa since opening from Ball st-2- to BS+2-.In my experience when that happens the money is usually wrong,its how Vegas was built.Everybodies breakdown of the game reminds us of Tulsas 63-7 asskicking of bowling green they say the mac hasn't won a bowl game yet this year,etc,stuff that hasn't anything to do with these two teams.Ball state has so much going against them its almost like a galvinizing effect FOR them.One thing is for sure their qb is a future great one with an NFL arm and good mobility.

A trend I picked up on with examples from the last couple of years.
When a team's coach leaves voluntarily after the season but before the bowl game for another program, that team tends to play inspired football in the bowl game. The examples I can think of, although there may be more are:
Central Michigan vs MTSU 2 years ago
WVU vs Oklahoma 1 year ago.
Add in the fact that Ball St has 18 or so senior starters and the Dante Love factor. I feel like its a good spot to back them.

I think both QB's have a big enough arm for the weather not to be much of a factor in this one. One factor i did consider is that tulsa will turn the football over. This is an advantage for ball st.
