i havnt looked into the game result but just saw a line of tulsa -4.5 1st half i think its a big play tulsa will score points and i would think they may want early points

Yes, I believe that is what the original poster of the information meant.

I did not play the side as originally intended, but did get the over at 57.5. I see that it went up to 60 now. I see this as a 58-59 range.
