Two topics that have nothing to do with each other except this;

1) I have some tuna steaks that I want to grill up tonight, anyone have any good marinades/recipes???

2) I have some money in moneybookers, but they don't allow US transfers to sportbooks, is there anyway to get this money into a book, or should I just request a check???

The Tuna recipe thing got me thinkin...

The Tuna recipe thing got me thinkin...

to myself 'how would i make tuna if i had it right now?' I couldnt think of much, either... so I went to foodnetwork.com and this one sounds good to me.

2 big handfuls fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno, sliced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, grated
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pinch sugar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 (6-ounce) block sushi-quality tuna
1 ripe avocado, halved, peeled, pitted, and sliced

In a mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, jalapeno, ginger, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the ingredients together until well incorporated.

Place a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the tuna generously with salt and pepper. Lay the tuna in the hot oil and sear for 1 minute on each side to form a slight crust. Pour 1/2 of the cilantro mixture into the pan to coat the fish. Serve the seared tuna with the sliced avocado and the remaining cilantro sauce drizzled over the whole plate.

..............................................................

Sort of a lot of ingredients, but i usually throw out some ingredients anyways..... :SIB One thing for sure... dont overcook it !!

If u dont like this one theres a couple thousand more at foodnetwork.com ..... all seem to have an asian theme

GL... sounds goooood...... Forgot u were going to be grilling... sure it would work as a marinade, though...

apparently I can send money to anyone with an email address even if they don't have a moneybookers account and it is instant, but withrawing money takes a lot longer, so i guess my next question is does anyone want to trade, I send you money first, then you make transfer to a pstars account or sportbooks of mine, its a little over $100....

Any Takers?

Also thanks for the recipe rawli..
