being a Cali guy just gotta say..WOOHOO! 
In case you don't know phone & internet wagering is now legal and online in California. Took all of 5 minutes and to sign upand fund TVG account. Wagering structure and online interface is great. I realize a few tracks will be missing (Santa Anita being the biggy) because of politics but it's a very cool start. Anyone in else in Cal jazzed bout this? comments?
