GL to you both. This game is a perfect example of why I don't usually bet on baseball. Everything seemed to point to the Twins tonight -- unfortunately Baker decided to take the night off.
We still have an outside shot because Dickey is horrible, but they really need to get Baker out of there before it gets completely out of hand.

That should do it. Amazing how bad the Twins are on the road. If they were even halfway decent I would load up on them tomorrow. Just can't see the M's sweeping them, especially considering the Twins are in a pennant race. But the way they've looked the last 2 days I don't think I can pull the trigger.
Wow. Helluva comeback there. Jimenez has been dominant, but the Twins managed a 2-run HR off of him. It's also worth noting that Morrow was sent down to AAA today so he wasn't able to pitch. The M's definitely missed their best reliever in the 8th there.

The Twins bullpen is absolute garbage on the road. Worst in the AL on the road, if I'm remembering correctly. Yet they pitch well at home?
If Nathan gets that last strike against Lopez it probably would have been over. Clement, Balentien and LaHair are all AAA callups. The 9th would have been easy. Shitty luck...
