Milton is under a lot of pressure to give them a lot of innings. Reed lasted 1 1/3 on Wednesday and Radke lasted 1/3 of an inning yesterday, and that game went 10 inn. So in the last 2 days, the Twins pen has pitched 16 1/3 innings.
At some offshores, the total has actually fallen to 8.5. This is a big move, since 9 is a key number for totals. At 8.5 the over becomes a strong play.
milton has decent career numbers vs the angels but hasn't been going very deep into games of late. even if the angels don't get to him early you're probably looking at least 3 innings of relief, which would appear to be hard to find in the twins' bullpen. in addition, angels can't be too pleased about blowing 5-0 lead last night and letting the twins take a game that they had all but conceded. i'm going to try anaheim and the over.
Angels may be short in the pen tonight also as Percival threw 41 pitches last night and only 20 were strikes. I really doubt you see him in there tonight after a 41 pitch effort.
