TWINS/TIGERS Under 9 -125 - Brad Radke faces the Tigers again after limiting them to just 1 run and 3 hits in 7 innings in his last start. While it is true that good teams are able to adjust facing the same pitcher for the second straight start, the Tigers hardly fall into the ?good team? category. Detroit is averaging just 3.47 runs per game at home this season, with a home team batting average of .247. Furthermore, the Tigers are hitting just .224 over their last 10 games. Radke is in excellent form right now, posting a 1.23 ERA and a magnificent WHIP of 0.82 in his last 3 starts, and I see absolutely no reason why he can?t shut down the Tigers again. Loux did not impress in his major League debut, allowing 5 earned runs in 4 innings vs. these Twins. Keep in mind, however, that Minnesota may still be hung over after clinching the AL Central crown in their last game on Sunday. They can be expected to rest some regulars in the coming days, and the few that will play won?t be as hungry as they were a couple of days ago. This is almost certain to have a negative impact on their run production, further aiding the cause of the Under tonight. Finally, let us not forget that the Under is still an incredible 89-51 63.57% in all of Radke?s starts the last 5 years!
