I'm jumping on these two tonight because I think the line will move against me tomorrow...

Angels ML 375/250 - Maybe there's a little bit of a risk backing Colon in his first game back but he has a soft landing going against the M's. The Halos officially broke out of their slump tonight notching an 8 spot against the M's and tomorrow they get to feast on Ramirez. Ramirez's numbers look a lot better than how he has actually pitched. He only has one decision and that was his last game against Texas. His 1-0 1.50 is deceptive because he actually gave up 5 runs in that start, but only one was earned. In any case, he didn't do a great job of limiting the damage. He also got shelled in his start before that in Cleveland, but he got rained out before he became official. He got drilled in spring training as well so I think there's a huge pitching advantage for the Angels. The M's are running into a buzzsaw in this series. They have to face a better team in the Angels with their 3 worst starting pitchers going (Batista, Ramirez, Weaver). To make matters worse, the Angels are coming off a 6 game losing streak. That's a recipe for disaster for the M's.

Brew Crew ML 294/200 - Another chance to bet on Capuano. I bet on the Brewers last night and they got shut down by a minor leaguer, so needless to say I'm not real happy with them. I also know that Houston has been playing great ball lately. However, I'm not convinced that Houston is as good as the way they've been playing and I know that Wandy Rodriguez isn't much of a pitcher. Hall hits .304 against him, Jenkins hits .385, and Corey "I wear my sunglasses at night" Hart hits .615 against him. He also has an ERA of 5.66 on the road and 5.61 in night games. After blowing tonight's game I look for Milwaukee to bounce back with a win tomorrow.

Good luck y'all...

Sorry for the late notice but adding a couple more. Don't have a lot of time for write-ups though...

SF ML 320/200 - Huge pitching advantage for the Giants here. Zito shouldn't have much problem with AZ's lineup and although SF doesn't have a lot of offense Gonzalez has struggled big time this year.

MIL -1.5 & SF -1.5 50/256 - Always scary to take an NL team on the runline so taking two is doubly scary. However, both of these teams have pitching edges and I think there's a decent chance that this one hits. I certainly think there's a lot of value considering it's over 5 to 1.

Good luck all...

SF is EASILY the most gutless team in baseball. They get absolutely dominated by a complete gascan today and then when they finally get runners on 2nd and 3rd with nobody out in the 7th they can't even score ONE run. I'm sure they'll end up losing now because their bullpen is garbage. I'm beginning to think it would be smart to just player the under in every single Giants game.

I was just thinking the same thing. I don't think the linemakers can put Giants totals low enough. I am going to try betting the under every SF game because even if the other team puts a few across, you know the Giants arent gonna score many. That offense is pitiful

I was half kidding but I honestly think you could make some good money doing that. If they score 4 runs in a game that's an offensive explosion. :mj07:

you can say that again, they just stranded another couple of runners... very sad situational hitting...you can make an out and score a run i hope the players realize that

I'm not surprised that Vizquel bunted the runners over there, but in my opinion that's the wrong move. What's the point in getting runners over when nobody on your team can hit a sac fly? I understand the idea of small ball but part of playing small ball is actually being able to get runners in from 3rd with less than 2 outs. I don't think it would have mattered either way but I think everyone and their mother knew Aurilia wasn't getting the runner in from 3rd there.

1-1 so far today as I win the Giants play but have already lost my runline parlay as it was apparently too much to ask the Giants to score a whopping two runs with a scrub on the mound against them. Sorry to anyone who may have tailed that game. That was just a stupid bet and I got lucky to win it. SF is garbage and they have officially been added to my NEVER BET ON AGAIN list.

I think Milwaukee beats up on Houston tonight and I fully expect the Angels to pound Ramirez. I probably won't play it myself but the Angels runline might be worth a shot.

Good luck all...
