I know the Rockies have a miserable road record and they just got shelled by the Cubs, but I like the value in this play. Jennings is arguably their best starter and he is facing an uninspired Marlins team. The Marlins just got manhandled by the D-backs and have had big time trouble scoring runs. I will concede that Burnett has been their best starter this year but he has averaged 115 pitches in his last four starts and even if he is effective you got figure Marlins shaky bullpen will become a factor. The Rockies look good at +150
2.Cards -130
I am the first one to admit that Simontacchi has been shaky in his last two but the Cards appear to be getting out of their funk and Finley's strong start tonight might be what this team needed to get back on track. Simontacchi can settle down if the Cards stake him a lead and Meadows is just the type of pitcher that they can shell. Meadows made his career with the Marlins years ago as a control pitcher and was just recently called back up to the majors. Meadows has just ordinary stuff and the Cards could hammer him hard if he doesn't hit his spots. I think the price is cheap at -130
