Buffalo redshirt sophomore QB Tyree Jackson (knee) has not been ruled out for Saturday's game against Kent State.
Jackson (6'7/245) suffered the injury to his left knee when a defender rolled into him in a victory over FAU. While he hasn't been ruled out yet, he also hasn't practiced, and a source told Jonah Bronstein of the Lockport Union-Sun and Journal that the injury will likely keep Jackson out several weeks. Drew Anderson likely starts behind center if/when Jackson can't go.
